As a public service, I present this information about a possible class-action lawsuit against Miralex and Hueson Pharmaceuticals. I have never used Miralex myself, nor have I any financial interest in this lawsuit. I have only exchanged emails with one person, and cannot personally “vouch” for him.

The lawyers involved are interested in speaking with users of Miralex. Jim Hanson, of Hanson Wirsig Matheos, would like to hear from you. He can be reached by phone at (XXX) XXX-XXXX, or emailed at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@XXXX.XXX.

It is important to note that as of this writing (Dec 22, 2000), this class-action lawsuit is not yet “certified,” but they are taking actions towards becoming certified. They feel that interviews and witness statements from Miralex users would be helpful towards this goal.

April 27, 2009, Update: I emailed Jim Hanson for the status of the class action, and he said only that it had “resolved several years ago.” I am removing his contact information from this page.
